We designed this service specifically for nonprofits to help improve donor retention and grow the major gifts pipeline.We are a specialized agency with a sole focus on helping nonprofits reach their fundraising goals. We are also the founders of the Donor Participation Project, the fastest growing professional community in fundraising that has been profiled by The Chronicle of Philanthropy.
From 2012 to 2023, our founder was an in-house fundraiser at institutions such as The Johns Hopkins University and the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. When he started his career, he was the only administrative assistant with a Ph.D. in the office.
His background as an economist made him curious, always asking, "Can this be done better?”
Louis immediately started applying academic and scientific insights to create real-world impact.
Often, there were easy wins available that unlocked quick growth. For example, at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra he doubled online fundraising making one small change: not requiring visitors to register before making a gift!
